Free shipping Australia-wide
Every order ships free to anywhere in Australia. We currently only ship within Australia.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Your order is sent from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas, so please allow a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays and lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, email hello@trenwick.com.au with your order number and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
